Beta blockers can cause hair loss and multiple other side effects. Do a search for the side effects for your medication so you know what they are.

I've been on metoprolol for years. Still have a head of very thick long hair. However, I agree with Ms58, do a search on your medication to see the full list of side effects. Everyone is different.
