I am in the 60's when I am calm and relaxed (which is rarely) and 100-120 when I am nervous or have something on my mine (most of the time.) but I'd say usually 80's

I'm between 55-65 at night, and 70-85 during the day. It can be above 85 but that usually only occurs when I'm extremely anxious.
