Has anyone here tried using chlorophyll as a source of magnesium? I ask b/c I have been sick and I noticed that when I take airborne my blood pressure drops A LOT and its got 10 percent magnesium per tablet. It also does the same thing when I eat black beans which are high in magnesium. I tried taking chelated magnesium only to find out that it was magnesium stearate which isn't a good form of it. Chlorophyll tablets contain the most natural form of magnesium that comes from the soil that food is grown in so I would assume that it's absorbed by our bodies really well. BTW its made out of alfalfa sprouts.
oh I also need to know if its ok to have prehypertensive readings after work or whatever as long as they're normal at least once a day? My bf who is an EMT does the readings manually so I really doubt there are errors.
