Can you crush folic acid safely? Has anyone done ok doing so? I just want to make sure. It's not time released so I'd think it ok but the net info says not to but the pharmacy says you can.

I'd trust your pharmacist over "net info", unless your info came directly from the manufacturer's website.
It really depends on the pill and how they made it not the folic acid itself.
I know NatureMade liquid gels (multi, b vits, etc) can be opened and mixed with food. I emailed them and got an answer back the next day.
