View Full Version : Question on ovulation and PL???

Ok, I got my PL yesterday. It was higher than ever before! It was at 31!!! Mine have usually been between 15-19, and last month I was blown away at the level 26.9. So of course I was happy that I am this high this month. With a PL that high, it means I am definatly ovulating right? I ask because my temps freak me out every month. There is a definate shift from the first half to the second half of my 27 day cycle and the shift does come at time of ovulation . . . but a few points at a time. Like from 97.3- 97.5- 97.7-98.0 . . . What does that mean. I had my first IUI 24hrs after the trigger shot. I had two follies measuring 22mm and 23mm. So back to the question . . . Does a PL of 31 mean I definately ovulated??? Should I just not stress over my temps???

Hi Danielle! Are you taking progesterone suppositories? I ask because mine was favorably high last cycle and when I asked the nurse if they would have anything to do with it and how would she know if I definately o'd and she indicated that I definately did ovulate with the trigger shot and that they really were checking to make sure my body had the right amount!

That is wonderful Danielle!!! Lets hope those levels keep just getting higher!! : )
