Hi Lynnmarie,
I'm with you. I've gained 20+ pounds in the last year. And I quit smoking a year ago so I was doomed. I walk on the treadmill but haven't lost any pounds - just added muscle. I have decided to stay off the scale for the time being. It's too depressing. I can tell how I'm doing by how my jeans fit and I can still get them on, barely!!!!!! My concern is the belly fat inside my stomach which develops around our organs. I've heard that is the most dangerous. So, if anyone has any input for us please help! I'll take any inspiration you have to offer. Thanks much ~ MaryAnnie
