I read once that there is a connection between having cts and posture. I want to know if any or all of you are "slouchers" like I am. I constantly have to remind myself to sit up straight or to stand tall. So are you a sloucher like I am?

Well I did find several articles online about the connection between cts and posture. I am experimenting with sitting up straighter and walking taller to see if I feel anything different in my hands. On one website I even found yoga exercises for the hands to help prevent cts. So I think I'm on to something here.

If nerves are being compressed in your neck, that can produce symptoms that are similar to carpal tunnel. When I was doing art work for graphic company, and hand/fingers were tingling and going numb, I found that rolling my head around alleviated those symptoms. ( I'd had a whiplash injury )
