give it a couple of weeks. You still have swelling.

Saline ones are quite firm. My daughter has them. Silicone is MUCH softer and realistic.

I don't think they will ever feel "natural", that might be an unrealistic expectation, they're probaby not ever going to have the same feel as a natural breast-- but they shouldn't feel rock hard either. From what I've heard, they do soften up a little after youv'e had them for a while, but they will always feel harder than a natural breast.

My silicones feel Exactly like a real breast, very soft. They move the same, have no rippling like saline often has and even after 20 yrs have gone south 1/4". They were done for $1200 by a cosmetic surgeon in Louisiana who had not passed his written test yet. (not Board Certified). I guess they must be leaking by now but I can't tell anything is going on. When I felt my daughter's saline ones I was shocked by how hard they are!

Relax, don't listen to the people who are telling you they will stay rock hard. It takes them some time to soften, I can't remember how long mine took, but it did take a while. Mine are soft, squishy, and they bounce too. They are soft, but slightly firmer than real breasts. Just give it some time:)

I had saline breast implants in 2002. The first few weeks they were ROCK HARD, they stayed pretty firm for a year, not as hard as the first few weeks, but they were unusually firm for a while. It took about 2 years before I really felt satisfied with the way the felt, and little by little they just got better and better. Just be patient, going with saline was well worth it, they will get better, I LOVE THEM now ha ha, no regrets!

I have the new cohesive gel silicone, it took 8 months, but they feel just like real breasts.
