Does anyone know which are the best type of Digestive Enzyme to buy in the UK?
There are so many and I just do not know which ones are the best... Maybe they are they all the same? :confused:

I don't know about the UK. But in the USA I like several Essential Enzymes by Source Natruals and Omega Zyme by Garden of Life.
I hope some one posts with an answer from the UK.
They are not all the same. Some digest proteins. -- others carbs, other fats, milk, cellulose and list goes on!!
