I was just wondering, does standing up too fast or stretching ever cause your HR to slow down? It seems that when i stretch my upper body hard or when standup or sit down too fast i feel it slow down. Any idea? Thank You

yes this is normal. Stretching causes a vagal response which slows your heart rate down. Changes in position will also cause changes in your heart rate depending on what your heart is doing, if it receives a burst of blood, like when you sit down real fast, then it will have some slower beats to compensate. Its all normal, unless you have prolonged times of really slow heart rate.
