Hi

New to this forum, I have right bundle branch block, was diagnosed about 10 years ago symptoms included slow heart rate around 36 bpm at it's slowest, fatigue and lightheaded and mild dyspnea, I am now having investigations for blood supply to my heart. really scarey stuff.

Yes! That does sound scary. How old are you? If you're <40, RBBBs are often associated with residual "atrial septal defects" in other words, a tiny ALMOST non-significant hole in the wall that separates the left and right atria of the heart.

Hello

Thanks for the reply, was quite a quick message. I am 40yrs old. I have been having problems since I was 9 mainly related to exercise which included fatigue tight chest & dyspnea, the only thing they have found is RBBB which apparantley is incomplete. I also have a soft grade heart murmor at the apex and ST changes, have really bad symptoms have tested positive on treadmill test and awaiting results of myoview scan. Any more feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks Helen
