I have a weird pulsating, almost like the flutter of a butterfly, or bubbles popping under my right ribs. It doesn't hurt, but seems to occur often. Its hard to descibe, but again there is no pain. I have had children, one natural and one c-section. Also, my sister has had surgery on her gall bladder. Is this something to be concerned about? And what could it be?
