I have palpitation and missing heart bits 3 to 5 bits per minutes for approx 5 years. I am on Indra 10 mg once a day, have since increased to 10 mg twice a day a week ago on self regulating.
This palpitation happens the next day if I don't take the tablet. Whenever there is palpitation, there is gas in the chest up to the throat couple with burgh, sometime I feel short of breath after a short distance walk.
I have seen doctors who did the scope (a probe inserted into the throat to the stomach to check for evidence of gas); I was given 2 doses of antibiotic, follow up with a blow test the next week. However, I was given another dose of antibiotic.
I was then referred to the cardiologist who put me on stress test (treadmill) before prescribed the Indra tablet 40 mg a day, no angiography is required. All these tests are done approx 4 to 5 years ago.
I am thinking of seeing the specialist, can some one advise which specialist should I refer to?
Thank you
