hi there i am 32 years old and I am having severe pain in my right breast. I am also experiencing cramping in my lower abdominal area, do you know what may cause this. I have had cramps in my breast before but it has only lasted minutes. Tonight I have had this cramoing since diner at 6. Thanks for your time
