Thanks for writing! Thanks for thinking of me and my dh tomorrow. We have to be at the hospital at 9 am..its a contrast dye CT scan. The dr. will be calling us back by Wed. I believe to let us know how things went for him. lol!! krispy creme and whitecastles. How about wendy's and a starbucks caramel frappuccino. I will be cheating this weekend because of the holiday but plan on going to the gym to work it off. (((( AMS ))) St Gerard reminds me of my wonderful Nana whom I miss desparately . She was a total St Gerard freak . She had little medals + cards every where . Wish I could find 1 of those medls now . My Nana is rather inspirational for me right now . She had her last child at 42 - wish I knew how she did it ! thanks for the good memories !

Hey girls.....
Spent the morning in the hospital with my hub in CT scan..running back to see my mother-in-law in same day surgery dept...then saw another friend of mine also who was having something done.!
I was ready to wring someone's neck after the radiologist comes out and tells my husband...."didn;t they give u a barium sulfate powder to drink (3 cartons of the nasty looking stuff!)and we look at each other.. I said no! he was not told to drink barium! just to fast from 7am on....no water no food....I said I am calling the doctor right now!the radiologist who was rude proceeds to give him these 3 cartons of the nasty stuff and I called..the secretary says no he only needs an IV contrast! I said u talk to the guy! then she said no! I said excuse me! she said the doctor wrote the order and I cant tell u any differently! I said well u tell the doctor we are standing here and being told to go home and drink this garbage!!!to make a long story short....he ended up getting the iv contrast ct scan..,,,beinig in the medical field I am more anal about things like this!!!
anyway........results wont be determined until next week..prob. tuesday...so I will keep u posted...i am trying not to worry about it but it is so hard http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/frown.gif
