does a mini stroke present itself with a headache?

I have suffered 4 strokes, and the most obvious symptoms were unbearable headaches, incredible light sensitivity and sky high blood pressure.
I waited too long to seek treatment, and that was a huge mistake on my part. Best to you..

Not neccessarily, Ischemic stokes - clots may not show any headache pain at all, the bleeders are more likely to have pain since blood is pressing against various parts of the brain.
