Hey guys, I have a question about omega 6 fatty acid from farm raised fish. To make my story short how long does the omega 6 stays in your body if I consumed a high amount in a short period of time, I ask this because fatty acids are fat soluble correct? Will my body go back to homeostasis on its own within time or is there any supplements or food I can take to decrease the inflammation from omega 6.

That's a great question to which I'll give my somewhat informed opinion. ;)
First I think it's important to state that it could vary from person to person as no two people are the same.
In general, you are correct to assume that your body will "go back to homeostasis on its own within time".
Are there supplements you can take to decrease the inflammation from omega 6? Yes, but, in my opinion, you don't need to spend money on that just because of one big meal of farm raised fish.
Take care to eat a better diet with less omega 6 and more omega 3 foods and your body should go back to balance within a few days to a week.
Then take care not to go out of balance in the other direction, which can happen if you eat certain foods or supplements that are known to be rich in omega 3.
