I had acrylics, gel etc for many years, but took them off in Jan...my nails are now very strong. NOt long after I noticed a yellow tint onsome nails..and my one index finger has white on it.. I had used apple cidar vinegar but now have been using Dr. G's for awhile, but it doesn't seem to get any better...maybe from washing hands, etc it doesn't work as well on fingers as on toes....any suggestions????

Depends on if the white discoloration is at the free edge and turning your smile line into a frown. If so, it is a Candida infection and you will need Naftin from your dermatologist. If it is in the center of the nail, it could just be separated nail plate layers. See your dermatologist for a proper diagnosis.
