My husband and I take these vitamins all at once at breakfast. Is this the correct way to take them?

Multi; Vit. E; Fish Oil; Calcium, and Vitamin C

msfunny,

Some people say that certain supplements taken together are better utilized by the body, and some supplements when taken together hinder each other so that they are not so easily utilized by the body.

On the other hand, these are supplements that one would normally find in food itself, and we humans eat a wide variety of diets across the planet, and our bodies somehow manage to utilize these nutrients when they are eaten together in foods in a given meal.

Also, some of us are rather forgetful  and if we can manage to remember to take our supplements with breakfast, then we don't have to remember them again for another 24 hours! In other words, if I had to separate my supplements across several dosages during the day, I would rarely manage to remember to get them all in. I take mine with breakfast. Then I'm done for the day. Yay!
