I don't know anything about that drug, but with my first husband, he only had 8% conceivable motility. I did a lot of research on herbs and off the top of my head, I do remember that Pygeum was good for motility. If you're interested in the herb thing, I can try to pull out my old notes to get the other ones.

Good Luck!

My DH also has "crappy" sperm. We are doing a vitamin therapy which includes vit.A,C,Zinc (very important for men) and it also includes alot of other things. I know that pumpkin seed is in it also. Minouche? I think you are the expert on herbs. I also remember a thread about this not too long ago. I will check and see if I can find it.

My husband was low motility and we started a "fertility blend" from the herbal store but through research we found L-Arginine was excellent at increasing everything "little swimmer" related. True story- There was a couple that were trying to conceive and the husband had lazy swimmers. He took L-Arginine for 3 mo. and his wife conceived. He told 2 other couples that had similar problems with sperm and BOTH conceived. In fact, and I swear this is true, the second gentleman had another count done and the doctor accused the couple of trying to "pull a fast one" and submit "bull sperm" because he said the count was way too high to be human and there were too many perfectly formed sperm. My husband started L-Arginine in April and I just found out I am Prego. If you decide to try it, double check the amount. You need to take 1g(or 1000mg) twice daily for three weeks then take a week off then resume. Take fertility blend daily. Check it out! There are several websites that have all the information.
