im male n my age is 22. i just start workout in gym. can i take centrum multivitamins? im not going to take it for wieght gain. i just want to take it for daily routine vitamins and minerals. can u tell me is that ok and if not so plzz tell me which multivitamins are good for me..

Hi zainwire!
Go ahead and take those vitamins. There will be no harm in taking them,
especially when you work out...when you sweat, you automatically also lose some of your nutrients in your body.
So, eating LOTS of yummy greens, beans-(protein) brown rice...and different kinds of fruits, should do you good.
If you are a vegetarian (because we Do Not need flesh from another sentinent), make also sure to get an extra B-complex.
So, a general multivitamin-mineral, a B-complex supplement and maybe some extra vitamin C. (Taken together with your multi/and -or food.)

centrum is fine, but i would also take some amino acids--like a whey protein isolate shake when working out.

I have taken Centrum every day for 15 years..I am pleased with them.

I suggest take Reishi gano and Ganocelium by pair.
These are very effective to me especially if i I am in
night shift.
