I am 22 years old. A year and a half ago I got a nose job. I had a long wide nose and a hump. The doctor removed the hump and narrowed my nose but it is still fairly long and now I have a slight hanging collumula. I am considering a second nose job to correct this. Should I go to the same plastic surgeon or a different one? I have heard my doctor is the best in the state but i know that revision rhinoplasty is more complicated. Help is appreciated!

If he's the best I would go back to him. I've heard lots of people have to go back for a revision not because anything bad happened but because sometimes it takes 2 surgeries to actually get the look you want. As long as he didn't do anything wrong the first time I would go back. I had a rhinoplasty done also and it's better but I still need a 2nd one to really get the look I am achieving, he was a little conservative instead of being too aggressive. I like it better than before but my tip is still too thick and round, considering a 2nd one but money keeps me from doing it.
