Has anyone ever had a headache that started as a tension headache but is also on one side of their face and behind their eye? I feel like I have pressure in my head and neck pains (tension headache) but then the right side of my head hurts and my eyelid feels heavy with some distorted vision. I have never had anything like this before and I am really freaked out. Oh forgot this has been going on for 5 days now. I already had a CT SCAN that was fine and going for MRI tomorow.

Try taking two Advil and two Percogesic at the same time.... it can be a very effective combo for headache.
A physical therapist and/or a chiropractor might be a good option to help with this issue. If it becomes ongoing, using preventative medications such as nortriptyline can be extremely useful.

Thanks I do think this never ending headache is coming from my neck. I have been reading up on trigger points and seems to be helping if I use some of those techniques.

What do you do for the neck pain? I think if I can get the neck pain to go away then the headaches would go away too.

The sock filled with rice sounds interesting!!! Does that really help?? I wish I could take muscle relaxers everyday but I cant because I have to go to work and function...LOL Those make me really loopy!
