Hey guys, i've been experiencing irritating headaches every few days for about 3 months now. I usually had the odd headache here and there, but not as often as I do so now - my eyes also feel constantly tired, sore and irritated, and seem a little red if i look close up in the mirror - but i'm getting lots of sleep. It isn't blinding pain, more of an annoyance really, but i'm just wondering if it could be anything more serious? I wear contacts, but just had my eyes tested a couple of months ago... everything seemed fine and healthy apparently. I also think it could be just inside my head... I seem to wake up every morning and the first thing I think is 'do I have a headache?' and I keep worrying about it throughout the day until it occurs, or I have a paracetamol in the morning 'just in case' I get a headache... i've been reading up about this, could this cause a 'rebound headache' or something?... any help would be appreciated, i'm 16 years old if that helps.
