Im 27 years old and have been trying for a baby for 6 months. I missed my period last month & now Im 3 weeks late. Blood test for pregnancy came back negative. My doc says blood work is all okay except that im anemic (low in iron). Apparently that can make getting pregnant difficult and can make you skip a period. Anyone ever have this?

Also, I did a pelvic ultrasound. The ultrasound came back normal but for a slightly enlarged ovary. Could this be because I skipped a period? Is this going to make me getting pregnant difficult? Anyone have any experiences with this?
