Some people get a tingling feeling down there or down their butt or leg right before an outbreak. Some get flu like symptoms. For me its a feeling of something crawling on your skin and buring and a vaginal discharge. And most of the time it's either the week of my period or just after. You can talk to different people and they all experience it differently.
