Hi there!
I can understand exactly how you feel. Yes, I also had an HSG and my tubes were fine. I had an endometrial biopsy and that was fine too. I've had blood tests to check my ovarian reserve, etc and those came back o.k too. DH's sperm is normal/low. We are in the category of Unexplained Infertility, unfortunately. I ovulate on my own but have just finished my 2nd round of Clomid 100g.
Oh, and we've been TTC for 2.5 years. We've timed intercourse perfectly, I've been charting my cycles for about 7 months, I always ovulate....the list is endless. And still no baby. I'm already 38. Time is running out. The RE says that my age isn't a factor at all, since my hormones are fine. So what's up!!??? I don't know!
I'm scheduled for IUI in October this year, if I don't conceive first, ie. I have 6 shots at it on the national health (free), and one shot at IVF. After that, if nothing works, we'll adopt.
If I were you I would go further with the testing. Do you do BBT charting? If not, then you should, as it gives a world of info on your cycles. I would pursue the matter with an RE and ask him to run more tests on both you and your partner. 45% of infertility is male factor.
I hope you can get some answers soon and don't have to go through what a lot of us here are going through. I know you're feeling very angry and frustrated, but you should start ruling out every possible clue as to why you haven't conceived.
This is a list of tests you could get:
Bloodwork on CD3 to test FSH, LH Prolactine and Estradiol levels.
Bloodwork to rule out STDs, which can cause infertility, like Chlamidia.
Progesterone test on CD 20.
Post coital test.
Semen analysis for him.
endometrial biopsy to check uterine lining (optional)
vaginal ultrasound to check for deformities of the uterus/cervix/vagina.
pap smear to check for cancerous cells.
Once you have all the necessary information you'll be able to make an educated guess as to why you haven't conceived. Unfortunately, I've had all the above done (except for the post coital) and everything was normal. I say unfortunately because I'd rather have something wrong, fix it, and get PG!
Try to keep your chin up. I know it's hard, but you're not alone. Keep in touch and take care.

Hi Brooklyn and Welcome!! So were you tubes open? Also mabey you are not ovulating on you're own. Have tried ovulation predictor kits? There could be a number of things causing your infertility. It's all just a process of elimination. Be patient. Now that you've got started your on the road to solving whatever your problem is. Baby dust to you.

Welcome to the board brooklyn. THere are several things that can be wrong - 1. you could be having AF but not actually ovulating (this is what I do, I am my own birth control), 2. DH could have low sperm count or bad motility, etc.
Have you gone to an RE or just an OBGyn? I would consult a RE and have workup done on both you and DH.
Hope you get some answers,
TAZ
