i was woundering what would happen if u dont get treatment for herpes????

To treat or not to treat ... that is the question (apologies to Shakespeare).
It's a personal choice. Most people treat because they want the outbreaks to heal faster/lessen over time or because they want to try suppressive therapy to prevent infection to their partner. You don't have to do anything if you don't want. It will not develop into something fatal if you do not take medication.
BUT...no matter what you do you should disclose your herpes status to your partner. It is a lifelong health issue and someone you are going to have sex with deserves to know.
