YES! I had that 4 years ago when I first had noticeable symptoms with perimenopause and thought I was having a nervous breakdown. I lost a lot of weight in a short period of time. I also had a loss in the family too which also decreased my appetite.

This is one of the most difficult things I have ever experienced. My thing is that is took me by storm one day and then i was good for a week and then again, until i started reading about the perimenopausal symptoms, which of course I have all but maybe one or two. I haven;t been able to go to work 2 days in a row since last week. I am at work today and am really struggling with the uncontrollable shakes within my body. I am going to start on some pills today that are totally natural and are supposed to be very good for women. They are called Lydia Pinkham. Thanks for your reply, I was worrying about the weight loss which hasn't been drastic but enough for me to see and feel. I am also diabetic so the emotional toll is actually worse for me.
