Hello,
I have these most crazy weird pressure in the head along with fatigue and feeling light headed.
The pain makes my head feel heavy. The MRI was normal, my neurologist says they don't really know what's causing it except the fact they can provide some meds.
Headaches don't just appear for no odd reason.
What does this pressure in the head sound like ?
thanks
Lu

Hi,
I am afraid there is never an easy answer to these symptoms. I have had something similar for a year and a recent test revealed that my vitamin D levels were very low which caused the incredible fatigue. My own headaches and heavyheadedness are due to bad posture and muscle spasms in the neck in addition to clenching my teeth at night which leads to the tightness in the forehead and the temporalis muscle (on the sides of the head). Maybe your symptoms are not related to only one condition. My advice to you is to get your vitamins and minerals tested first and to go see a physiotherapit who might be able to check out your neck and shoulder muscles.
Best of luck,..
