hi again last time i was having periods every 12 days i still am but now i woke up at 3am in agonising pain the back of my head hurt so bad and i couldnt move my head i went to the docs and she didnt even test me or anything just said i slept funny but second day on i still have it worse and it hurts to swallow now to i have been taking nurofen plus it helps a lil but not much is there anything else i can do to help stop pain and so i will be able to sleep
