Hi- I recently suffered from a scary episode where the left side of my face went numb, felt chilly and strange. My left arm and leg felt strange also. After a few minutes my face felt normal. However, I still had these strange sensations in my arm and leg for the next 24 hours. I ended up going to the ER and they initially thought I suffered a stroke. However, after numerous tests, they discovered I didn't have a stroke. I was instead diagnosed with complicated migraines. The strange thing is, I hadn't had a mig or headache within 2-3 days of that episode. I need to make an appt with a neuro on Monday. Anyone have any info on this??
