I was at work three days ago, just doing normal tasks (all requires walking, been doing it forever lol). After awhile i started to feel a bad pain inside my foot (basically where the carpels are in your hand). It eventually got so bad i had to take my break early and sit. Since then, i have been limping because it hurts way too much. Today i woke up this morning, i was about to head into the bathroom to shower and get ready, and the pain struck me so excruciatingly that i had to stand still. I couldnt limp over to the bed to sit, i couldnt walk, i just had to hold completely still.
Its been 3 days now, and it still hurts very badly. Anyone know what this could be?

If you cannot identify a specific injury, you should probably get an appointment with an experienced podiatrist as soon as you can. Until then rest, ice and elevate. Sometimes stress fractures of the metatarsals can occur when one is physically active and they can be particularly painful. If stress fractures are not treated they can become frank fractures if an injury occurs or severe overuse occurs.
