Panic/Anxiety Sufferer for years here. I have been having a lot of emotional blockage inmy marriage and life, going to school and I have 4 kids. This is my question: We were outside smoking a cig and arguing a bit before hand, I smoked my cig, got back in the van and my head started spinning, confusion and my lips were tingling, this mainly went away after about 1-2 minutes. I just took a deep breath and it started to get better. Has anyone else experienced this?
Over the past few weeks I have been overwhelmed and stressed out more than usual.

As a smoker I can identify with this. The nicotine/cig basically just intensified an anxiety attack due to what it does to airflow and oxygen intake combined with effect on the heart. As rough as it sounds, avoid smoking during intense or anxiety producing situations. Just makes it worse.
