Hey~

Last night I was feeling fine all day, and when I laid down at around 3:00 a.m., I got this odd sense of hunger. It's the type that makes you feel like you're going to be sick, but there's no stomach pain associated, just the tight feeling. Eventually, it turned into the chills and shaking. After about an hour of getting the the shower, then getting out, then using the heater and laying down, I was able to sleep.

Today I woke up feeling fine. I got really cold around 10:00 p.m. to the point that I could not get warm, even with blankets and a heater. Eventually that faded and I was ok.

Now, at 2 a.m. I have the hunger sick feeling, and am really cold again. I'm not shaking as much as last night, but still shaking a little.

I'm eating a piece of bread right now, slowly :<

Just so no one questions it, I do eat a normal amount every day, and not just my definition of normal.

Can anyone help?

Oh and just to add:

I also haven't gotten my period. I don't know if that's relevant. I am not pregnant, and there's no way I could be pregnant.

My temp is right around 98.8

Hypoglycemia can cause sudden hunger pangs and night chills.

I had night chills similar to your's just before I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. (no hunger pangs tho)

Seek professional help as soon as you can. Stress can have a huge negative impact on the body, this could be due to your period being late as well.
