i had a genetical wart which i have seen a proffessional doctor nd he scraped off.what is the assurance that it wont occur again

There is no guarantee they will not come back on or around the same area, nobody can give you that answer and just because there are no visible warts does not mean you are not infected still. I wish I could be more positive but there is just no way of knowing.
