Would Nueropathy affect your digestive system?
Hi Carol, autonomic neuropathy can affect any part of the digestive system.
If ithe stomach is involved [ gastroparesis ] it can cause food to move slowly out of your stomach, making it difficult to control glucose levels.
Aussie :)

I thought I was alone in this area. I am sorry to see others are going trough the same hell. I get frecuent HPylori infections due to the slow muscles in the stomach, frecuent vomiting and pain. Just had test tor the gastroparessis came as "normal" GAsto MD said is the neuropathy, and I will have to learn to live with it.
