My daughter is 7 1/2 months pregnant. They told her she has HPV and can't deliver vaginally. He said something about her having warts inside as well. Please advise.

It sounds like your daughter has been diagnosed with low risk HPV that lead to genital warts. In that case, the doctor wants to make sure the baby doesn't come into contact with the genital warts when it is born, so they will be delivering the baby via c-section.
From what I understand, the warts can show up on the baby's throat or larnyx (sp).
I assume they can't/won't treat her until after she delivers, but I don't know for sure.
