I have been smelling a foul odor from my vaginal area. I don't have an itch, or any pain. The smell is like a wet sour kind of odor. I take a bath and wash thoroughly and in less than three or four hours I smell the odor. My panties are wet when I go to the bathroom. I'm not on any meds or anything like that.

It sounds like it could be BV but i would go to your doctor to be sure.

I had a bad odor too and it turned out that I didn't realize I had lost a tampon up there. It was probably there for one week. I couldn't feel it but it smelled so bad. It's probably not what's causing your problem but you never know...
