My 10 month old daughter's first tooth just popped out and she started with a running stomach. Is this normal and how long does it last.

I checked with the paediatrician and she said it was fine it was very possibly the teeth causing the running stomach but as long as she takes in a lot of fluid and continues to eat it is ok.
