Hello,

I just started taking this Sunday morning and really got started on it Monday of this.....last night I had the most horrible experience in leg cramps. I noticed I did start to use the bathroom a lot more (urinating) maybe that has something to do with it. During the experience with the leg cramps I drank a lot of water hoping to ease some of htis horrible pain:(

Please let me know of your experiences.
