I am so very sorry she is gone from you in the way you have always known her but you still hold her in your heart. Losing a child is the hardest loss anyone could endure.

Are there any support groups with other parents who have lost a child? I think when you are ready, you might find them to be very helpful and supportive, and may be able to even support others in the group.
