For the past fortnight i've had terrible nausea. its worse on waking up, after eating and whenever i lie down. whenever i'm not nauseous i have a slight uneasiness in my stomach. i've also been feeling incredibly tired and sleeping all the time.

i thought maybe i was just stressed out because i was having trouble with my housemates so i visited a friend over the weekend and felt slightly better, however I am now spending some time at my parents and still feel unwell.
The thought of pregnancy also crossed my mind but about a month ago I was given a pregnancy test 'just in case' at the doctors as I hadn't had a period since coming off the pill and it was negative.

anyone have any ideas why i might be feeling like this?
