Would starting to take a whole bunch of supplements at once cause symptoms like gas, bloating or abdominal fullness? Two weeks ago I started taking a high dose of biotin to help stop some rapid hair shedding. I also started taking magnesium, calcium, zinc, B6 and fish oil. Prior to that I was not taking any supplements. I started to experience a little bit of a bloated belly the first week. Second week I added a high dose probiotic and now the bloating is worse and accompanied by gas.
(I should note I also missed my period since getting off the pill but have had three negative pregnancy tests and no other indication that I'm pregnant). The bloating and gas correspond exactly to starting to take the supplements. Is this normal and will it subside?

what you're taking shouldn't cause that much gas/bloating. maybe cut down on the probiotic or just take it every other day. taking fennel seed and peppermint oil will help.
