I'm curious to know if there is any supplement or vitamin, or even an herb of sorts that helps reduce muscle spasms?

Or helps better control muscle tension? Someone brought herbal medicine to my attention and I am interested to know if anyone had any luck or positive experiences with it? Thanks.

magnesium, valerian root, kava, calcium, potassium, black cohosh and wild yam. first 3 are the best!

Thank you! Are you referring to a tea form or a supplement? My calcium intake is quite well, pottassium primarily from bananas, however, just curious to know what form of these is best, thanks!

How often can you take valerian root? I thought I've read that you musn't take it for a prolonged period of time, is this true?
