I have been using these patches for several weeks and stopped them 5 days ago. I have been feeling a little nauseous and I have a slight trembling in my body, feeling anxious......could it be because I have stopped using these? I really needs your help as I am very worried.

Dear vidlady,

Could you tell me what Norspan is made of, and what it is made to treat? I'm unfamiliar with this medication (or at least its name), so I am truly interested.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Jon (Conductor)

Dear Jon

I suffer from fibromyalgia and have in recent months had a chronic pain condition in my right shoulder (bursitis). Even though these patches are supposed to be super douper, I didn't find that they helped me very much at all.

The active ingredient is BUPRENORPHINE - it's a 7 Day Transdermal Patch.

I have been told that the herbal patches are more effective but I haven't tried them as yet, because I really feel I have been having withdrawal symptoms from these patches, feeling a little trembly on the inside of my body and more recently a feeling of nausea low down in the abdominal region. My Doctor says it shouldn't happen, but they are not always right are they ?

Hope this helps.
