I have been prescribed endone for my nerve pain around where my wisdom tooth was, im not sure if it is working. how long shall it take to kick in. I am in the most unberable pain

You may want to check with your Doctor (not your Dentist) to see if you have Transgeminal Neuralgia. Please check online to see the pain associated with TN prior to speaking to him. Many patients have got TN after having their wisdom teeth removed.
