I know you always say to use white vinegar, but I saw this on a website:
'Apple cider vinegar can reduce the inflammation, hence the pain associated with some stages of fungal infections, and combined with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) kills bacteria and viruses.'

Aple Cider vinegar is made with fruit acids. Fruit acids can compromise the surface layer of the skin which can lead to dry, itching, peeling, cracking skin as well as a Paronychia infection of the nail folds. I do not believe it is a good idea to overexpose your skin to fruit acids.
