I have a black line on my thumb nail, it has been there long enough that it should have grown out by now. Also of note, I have psoriasis (no pitting of nails) and have had 2 BCC (shoulders). Should I be concerned?

If it is on your fingernail, please see your dermatologist as a black line that grows from cuticle to free edge can be a symptom of nail melanoma that would need to be surgically removed.
