Hi, I had my injection yesterday after I had my ultrasound that revealed 3 large follies. Dr. said that exactly 35.5 hours later, I should ovulate. So, that would make it tonight at midnight. However, I am already having cramping. I am scared if I wait til 11 pm or so, I will miss my chance. Is this possible? Help!

I've heard that after hcg, ovulation normally occurs 30-36 hours after the shot. But, I would think that it could possibly happen earlier or later by a few hours. The egg will still be viable for several hours (up to 24?) so you should be okay as long as you bd or do an IUI in that time frame.

Good luck to you! We need some good news around here http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
